We are looking for vacant houses to rent.
"I want to rent or sell my house, but I don't think I can do that without sorting and renovating it."
If you have a vacant house that you would like to rent or sell but believe it is not feasible without first organizing or renovating it, please get in touch with us. We offer proposals to turn an asset that may be becoming a financial or social burden into a positive opportunity.

Crowdfunding
We conducted "purchase-based crowdfunding" to raise funds for our first and third properties.
We hope you will take a look at the page below!
In the crowdfunding campaign for our first property conducted in April 2021, we received support from 113 people, totaling ¥1,249,500, allowing us to achieve our second goal and successfully complete the campaign! In return for your support, we prepared special events such as property viewings and report meetings to provide deeper insights into our activities.
For the third property crowdfunding campaign conducted in January 2022, we received support from 99 people, totaling ¥1,003,000, and also achieved our second goal! This campaign was promoted in collaboration with the community development team N'est, so we prepared unique return rewards specific to this collaborative project in addition to those from the previous campaign.
Raising awareness and involving more people in our social business is crucial to its purpose.
Although the crowdfunding campaigns have ended, continued support and spreading the word are greatly encouraging. With heartfelt gratitude, we will continue to strive for the advancement and expansion of our business, and we hope you will continue to support and watch over us warmly.
Participate as an individual
We are always looking for supporters to help with DIY renovations of vacant homes or to provide other forms of assistance, such as donations.

Currently, we are working on properties located in Kiyose, Tokyo, and Yaizu, Shizuoka. The exact addresses will be shared exclusively with registered supporters.
As a supporter, you will join our online community on Slack, where you can coordinate visit times and engage in other activities and exchanges with us.
